In the Wanted List - SNARA

We watch the mirror each day, every day, sometimes spend hours to gether, to view ourselves, more and more closly, more and more to admire, the beauty we have, we might be looking good, pale, nice, wise, rich, poor, sexy, strong, weak and all kinds, but we have watched ourselves most times.

I wanted to show how i would look, how i dare to change my looks, so i am different each Day,

I Love Me

These aren’t ways, but actual follows up followed by others my trainer Suresh and my self.
Suresh, started thinking about his huge body, when he was nearly 95 kg and 30 years on the go, it was hard for him to climb stairs and normally take up the elevator as we normally do all the time, his worst days in life made him drink everyday and the day after another, lots of beers with lots of official meetings passing by, Suresh was a sales executive for Free Ads, The leading classified available today and as in the past.

Suresh, started as a fresher 8 years ago and in the same company from a direct market executive he raised up to a Sr. Team Lead, Suresh work is to celebrate with his customers, their success, When the Ad comes in the Free Ads from his customer, he make sure that the Ad has responses all the week and have fun all the way with the customer. He was one of the persons who fought for making people recognize it as not a paper but a Classified Yellow pages in Chennai.

Normally Suresh work hour starts from 11:00 in the morning and goes up till 11:00 or 12:00 in the night, It was on a Thursday 6 years back he had finished his daily routine and started to move earlier as 6:00 PM hence he would pack his luggage to hit on a weekend party with his friends at Ooty. It was a big plan, 4 of their friends make it once a year to some place where they remember it the whole year, This year it was Ooty, Suresh dint apply a leave, because it becomes more worried for their peers and customers, to have some one like him take a day off on the biggest business day of the week, Friday is the end day for customers to call in for Ads, and it closes by 4:00 PM, but we have the VIP’s bringing in the boxes after 6:30 PM and that’s the best way Suresh managed his business.

He packed it luggage, dint have anything to eat, since he had plans of getting few pints of RC on the move with his best friends. He arranged for a rail drive than the busy roads of the bus one, since that’s the way these guys did all the time. He kept the proper dress for the tour and the way to go, a black cargo and a crocodile blue tees. He had matched it with the Addidas Black and Blue tour bag, he got it from one of the customers, One thing that’s always fascinating is most of the goods Suresh carries with like his wallet, pen, tie are gifts poured on to him from customers.
He had to go to Egmore rail to catch up the big wagon. All the way from Triplicane. He had a conference call with his travel mates to make sure they were on time, silly nah the train, for him but for the drink before the train. He took the RX100 black shinned to view even the fraises of the hair, thinking that he could stop over and park it at his uncles house, just opposite to the Egmore rail house.

It was already 7:25 PM, and heart beating to join him with his friends. First he had thought to join his friends, then his heart blowed a whistle as how he appeared before them, and then what he carried was just enough or needed more for a drink, All these were his thoughts to spend it with his heart, The more burning thing was the time left to catch the rail, He just expected it to be 9:00 PM, and traced his watch line to point to 7:31 PM. Time to get started he told to himself and signed off to his parents. He also had a plan to buy them something on return.
Just before started he checked up his wallet to make sure, he has got the rail counterfoil that allows exactly 4 passengers including him. Its S2 couch, they were was suppose to push in, Suresh checked his currencies and started to kick his bike, made a backpack of the Addidas bag and moved on. It was becoming darker, He had a thought to drink water before he started but forgot due to the other things that he had in mind. He was thirsty. He hit the Mount Road Signal and that kept him wait for another 2 minutes, Come on, that’s the way he banged the gas tank of the vehicle. And their he could see the green to move on, It was really a hot day, its getting to cool the day kind of.

The traffic was heavy and cops were busy directing the routers to the right way an addition to signals all around them. The main lamp were being replaced by the old once at that hour of the day, big vehicles carrying heavy aluminum ladders where the ladder directly rested on the Lamp pole and the repair man would climb extraordinarily efficient on the ladder to fit it right or replace the older one. Suresh saw a spark on it and never cared on these guys before or even now. He thought it might be the work of how the Chennai Corporation was doing, prior it was named Madras Corporation.

He passed the white Omni and took the silk right to show the magic of RX100 and to raise it as fast as he can to reach the next signal, He heard a voice that shouted Suresh, thought he was called he just gazed back with his accelerator running on, as he did that, he closed his right arm but his backpack made it to the left with its weight causing it for a slight skid, he managed and removed his hand from the accelerator to get hold on the break with his right leg, but that hit the standing big vehicle and he again managed to have a little scratch. Suresh was going nuts on this, he remised his brakes and then saw a small rock just before the tire, The brake he applied a moment ago was just to tackle the van but now the accelerator is on and he had to apply the brake again to avoid the rock and make twist to avoid it, but it just twisted the wheel and the bike went less than a quarter to halt, sideways on the ground, where Suresh was just steeping with his left leg. He was crying with the pain he had and wanted to remove the leg that got hurt by than to stop applying the brakes, He was worried about the RX and had a glumly look on the bike. Suresh fainted for a minute to regain what had really happened.

He was in the hospital and heard that he had not only hit the vehicle, had wounds but he had a major fracture, made to his fellow driver who was at the left side of him, poor cyclist Rajesh, He had to pay out for him as well as his fellow driver. He was in the bed for 2 weeks and flouted more than usual, His fellow driver had to be in the bed for nearly 4 and a half months. That made his realize it was a small twist on the rock that could have saved him and his fellow drivers, he could have made it to the camp and drunk what he wanted. But what really made him not to do that, A small twist was not a big thing,

Was he stressed with anger, with work load, no, it was a stress of joy, Stress comes from joy too, He had a poor physical, he was stressed with his body, his physic was obese and his BMI was extremely poor, had the worst heart rate that he could not manage, He had the poorest strength physically to build up. Ultimately he was shabby. People never called him Fatso, since he has gradually build a bigger waist line month by month. He recognized only this when he went to purchase trousers for himself. He was hard to find a trouser with 42 size, He had to stitch it from a near by tailor and made sure he had the Raymond tag added to it.

After being on the bed, he realized his fellow driver was an artist and could not draw as well as he could have done earlier. This was a real bad for him and the fellow driver, While speaking with the fellow driver to apologize him the driver Rajesh said, it was not his bike that hurt and broke his arm, but he had fallen on Rajesh, and due to the weight he cannot get up and cracked his arm, that he heard and cried aloud.

Suresh, sparkling thought “My body weight might have killed Rajesh, why not me“. He thought if he had a lighter weight I would have twisted the twist to make my life.

A small twist

The Twist……. “A small twist with a light body is easier than a small twist with a heavy body“.

When you ask a question who has the magnificent body with the choices Arnold or Jackie, Its always not Arnold since he has masses but no flexibility or speed, but Jackie has both speed and flexibility. Hence to have a body like Jackie is always appreciated.
Suresh after recovery thought he has to do something about his body, with his marriage 5 month from then, he thought he wanted to reduce his waist, build his stamina and look younger. That was the real point, “to look younger“. Some day on a birthday we feel, we really do feel that we are going older and older, its 30th now, there are lots of things on line planned in our mind, what we don’t feel is “with this body, with the time left before our last breath, which we don’t know - is it possible to finish everything”

We never make plans more than 5 years, because we know we are just cheating ourselves with a lot of options in this 5 years, but body is something that need a plan for a whole lifetime.
So the first strategy is to understand, “Body where we are with a lot of dreams - is the first thing that shouldn’t be treated less.”

Key Strategy 1 - Don’t do things that spoil your body.

There are always parties, always marriage celebration, always food that we love, Creamy cheese burgers with extra cheese that can melt down the mouth and give you a wonderful feeling, Roasted chicken with the right kind of spice, Andra masala lamb curries, Grilled and spiced extra with pepper and chilly Turkey, chocolates and dried nuts that make us crazy from Italy. The different kind of chocolates from Spain, Russia and German that have Wine, Whisky and Rum enriched. Wow. The man made Tobacco, A Cigarette that can patch as another finger, what a feeling we would have after a rich food, to smoke the first puff off. The smoke that fills the heart of satisfaction, The smoke that make me close my eyes for a second to find the deepness in the tobacco. Wonderful sensation. A first drink after a heavy days work, that’s brings you more energy that what you had. A couple of drink more that makes you concentrate on a particular thing and make you feel for it, like joy or sorrow, to laugh or cry, To feel, and to enjoy we drink. What a classic sensation like the Madonna. Why not the modern days pizza that make us bulk heavy small pieces, Its always fascinating to and mouth watering to even hear these words. But….
Are treating our self’s with the healthy food for our body / health. We are treating our self’s with the best man made foods to our taste, Our tongue, Any thing that goes after you tongue inside gets broken down and works hard to get digested. These foods aren’t really healthy, Remember they are going to kill you.

The second key strategy is: “Eat only healthy food”

Research by yourself to find the good food. Do remember, Chocolates and nuts are for children, not for Adults, Smoke and tobacco is for a teenager not an Adult, Cheese, Pizza are for occasions but not large in number. Drink is always on Reserve. Make a point next time that when you are about to drink, Reserve it for the extremely special moment of life. Not for sensation. Not for feeling, but for a real prize you have done.

The Third key strategy is: “Eat with limits - never bulk up”
Instead of 5 drinks, limit to one.
Instead of 10 cigarettes limit to one.
Instead of 5 pieces of Pizza limit to one.
Remember, “Make that one the best one and stick to One Always“.

Hence Suresh, researched to find the best foods available. What he was missing was how to blame his body to get normal. He had spend numerous amount of time in grabbing and grubbing all the bad foods and made his figure in a bad shape. To shape up he had to do something on it.
He spoke to a friend who suggest him to visit the O2 gym. He discussed with a trainer to get his body on shape. He came up with these…

We join the school to teach us lot of things that will be never used to grow up in real life, but its an institute where we learn how to be disciplined. “A Gym is a also a school to get your body disciplined“. With a proper trainer, you achieve a good health, You go to a doctor to get well from where you are. You go to a trainer, to create and maintain your body not for jus t one day but for a whole life time.

Key strategy Four: “Exercise regularly, to routine your health”.

Healthy food and exercise would not do the miracle unless you have two things that are extremely needed to roll out a new body.

Key Strategy Five: “Take a min of 5 liters of water fresh water each day”

Key Strategy Six: “Sleep deeply for a min of 4 hours per day, and 8 hours on the whole day”

Unfortunately in Earth, we have only 24 hours a day, in that it would be hard to spend 8 hours sleeping at the age of 30, since we are afraid of the next few years and the last few years to take rest. But make sure you divide your sleep into 3 times, than one. That gives you a 8 hour, like a 3 time meal.

Its been 7 years + now and Suresh looks charming, He looks younger, has a good body to feel proud off. Spends most of his time in the gym, ah he resigned his job and now a full time Reebok certified trainer at O2, not everyone can become Suresh, but after discussing with him, I set my goal to make sure that I follow all the strategies to maintain and care my body, Love myself more than my wife and kid.

The GOAL:

Currently my BMI is odd to look at, I should be reaching a safe side of nearly 65KG weight for my height, and a good heart rate that will help me to regain my energy levels.

Goal: To achieve proper health by reducing excess weight by 7%, which I consider the foremost of all activities performed by the next 12 months.
This will be followed by a proper diet, proper sleep and a regular exercise.
